The Great Wall of triple j

We put the call out to young artists to submit a concept to be developed as an artwork to be featured on The Great Wall of triple j.

Congratulations to our winner, Justin Williams from Victoria who was chosen by the Semi Permanent team and by Anthony Lister, world renowned artist and guest speaker at this year's Semi Permanent Design Conference, who has also been commissioned to complete a work for the Great Wall of triple j.

Sledge: Winner Announced

The ABC has been looking for the next satirical genius. Hugh Atkin, 23-year-old law student from Sydney won the chance to spend a big week with The Chaser following the announcement of his win in ABC's Sledge competition.

J Odyssey arrives home

We had thousands of entries, but there can be only one J ODYSSEY. NICK HOLMES from St Lucia in QLD! Nick will be visited some of the world's natural wonders that are currently threatened by climate change. Gorilla Sanctuaries in UGANDA, mangrove forests of INDIA and the Valdivian rainforests in CHILE & ARGENTINA!

Call for entries for the third annual Portable Film Festival are now open until 30th May 2008. Renowned directors will be battling it out against budding bedroom philosophers, across six categories including Short Film, Music Video, Animation, Online Serials, Films Caught on Mobile Devices and this year for the first time ever feature films.
