Collie's entry was one of the most impressive entries the judges have ever seen. It was incredibly well laid out with all of the key elements - council and community support, venue viablity, the petition, risk assessment - easy to assess. The mini-doco was a lot of fun too. It was easy to see how excited the town is about the One Night Stand rolling in. This was the 3rd year the town has entered and each year their entry just got better and better.
